Junior Sales Development Representative

In Visor.ai, we help big companies to automate their customer service with Artificial Intelligence and Chatbots.

Founded in 2016, with very consistent growth over the years, we’re working with dozens of clients from different sectors like Banks, Insurance Companies, Utilities, the Public Sector, Fast Moving Consumer Goods among others. Our team is based in Portugal and Spain, and we are currently expanding to other countries.

As we are scaling up our Business to new international Markets we are looking for a Junior Sales Development Representative to join our team. This person will be responsible for outbound and inbound lead qualifications and generation. Reporting to the CEO and Sales Director you will work closely with other teams to generate new business and sales opportunities.

What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for our Lead Qualifying Process:

  • Concentrate on running problem-solution discovery and product-market fit conversations;

  • You’ll help find out if the Lead handed to you is the correct persona, has the budget, and if it is within the right timing to implement our solution;

  • You’ll prospect and create new corporate business opportunities: Calling, emailing, and consulting with new customers to ascertain their potential requirements for our products and services;

  • Act as the face of the company, being the first point of contact;

  • Get insights based on your discovery conversations and research to check potential qualified customers;

  • The purpose of the role is to identify key buying centers to expand the existing client base.

Job requirements

The successful candidate has the following characteristics:

  • Sales prospecting and new business development training or experience 'on the front lines';

  • Is highly motivated, hungry to learn, self-managed, and attentive to details;

  • Disciplined, committed, and with the attitude to perform consistently well in a day-to-day environment that’s both creatively dynamic and procedurally structured;

  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, analytical, and solution selling skills;

  • Experience with inbound and outbound prospecting and organized follow-up processes, while managing full pipelines in CRM tools (like Hubspot);

  • Ambitious with a sales hunter mindset, passionate for technology, and committed to success;

  • Languages:
    • Portuguese: Native

    • English: Proficient (C1/C2)
