Job description

At Visor.ai, we help large companies like Banks, Insurance companies, and other entities automate up to 85% of their interactions with customers and other stakeholders by implementing our technology solutions with Artificial Intelligence, automation, and Chatbots.

We are based in Lisbon and Madrid and work with about 30 large companies.


We are currently expanding to other countries and we intend to hire a Talent Acquisition.


Responsibilities

  • Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
  • Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
  • Assist in screening resumes
  • Conduct initial phone screens
  • Schedule calls and interviews
  • Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates
  • Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews
  • Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
  • Send out all bulk email (e.g.rejection emails) and handle paperwork (e.g. hiring documents)
  • Participate in recruiting events
  • Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Keeping employees' individual files up to date
  • Preparing applications for IEFP internships
  • Manage HR administrative activities

Job requirements

  • Higher Education in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or other related fields.
  • Strong motivation and interest in technological areas;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Ability to plan and manage priorities;
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills;


Nice to have:

  • Domain of languages-Advanced level of English and Spanish would be a plus (not mandatory).
